We ask before you make your Team Reservation - that you are sure your team intends to join us - as we will be turning players away based on your reservation.
Please note - to keep your reservation valid, all applications for this reservation period will need to be in our office by April 21.
There is a $26 team discount off the published price for teams of 12 or more. Applications must be bundled and mailed together with a $100. deposit for each player.
