Who Played in the
World Camp Alum...
Three members of the US National team, Melissa Gonzalez, Emily Wold and Caitlin VanSickle attended Camp when they were in high school - along with former staff member, Katie O'Donnell. That's almost a 1/3 of the team. All coached by World camp co-owner, Tjerk van Herwaarden, who was assistant coach with our National team at the World Cup in Holland. They played GREAT!
You Said It...
Fairfax High has attended World Camp for the past 3 years at Swarthmore and the girls continue to rave about the program and the quality of the coaches. It's been the best reviewed camp I've had them go to in 13 years of coaching.

World Camp USA was honestly one of the best experiences of my life. I learned so much, in four days. It was such a happy environment, and the staff was amazing. I wish I didn't have to leave today, and wish I could go back every year. It was an amazing opportunity that I was able to go this year, and it was the best time of my life. Thank you World Camp USA; Coach Steve, Wally, LG, Jopie, Judge, LuLu, Gurt, Bjourn, Arnie, Rein, Bart, and Becca.

I just wanted to take a quick moment to thank you and your staff for putting on an awesome camp for my girls. I heard from each class throughout the camp and everyone had rave reviews - from the instruction to the tournament play, to the coaches, and the theme nights. It was by far their favorite camp in years.
I heard my senior group did very well, making it all the way to the final game where they lost a tough one by a goal.
I can't say enough - it's a great feeling knowing your girls are coming home prepared, pumped and excited for season to begin in a week. Thanks for all you do and for putting on an outstanding camp. I hope my girls were courteous, respectful and followed the rules! :)

What you said...
"Just want you to know that the camp was excellent! The parents were extremely impressed with the coaches and the girls had a great time. Every parent I talked to expressed a desire to have their daughter back again next year. Word-of-mouth is probably the strongest advertising you have. Your coaches did an excellent job! The guys worked hard in torrential downpours as well as steamy hot weather and never "slacked off" for a second. Their ability is incredible - what a great group of guys! Thanks again." Debbie Eaton - Coach Kingston HS, NY
"Thank you very much. Kacie made the Varsity Team as a ninth grader this year. She was nervous about playing on the JV team, but never dreamed of making the Varsity team. We are sure your wonderful camp and outstanding coaching was the reason for this accomplishment. Please say Hi to Taco and Avert from Kacie. Thank you. Karen Kohler-Parent
